At SIR of Sweden, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online portal to register your return using your order number and email address to receive a digital return label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
